A week ago, I was sitting in my dentist's chair, listening to her tale of woe about the house she had been trying to sell. My dentist's house just sold about three weeks ago, for less than the asking price. What a contrast to our experience, Bob. Our house was the second one you have sold for us in eighteen months at considerably above the asking price, in less than two weeks time from beginning to completion of negotiations.
